If an edge is removed from a circuit is there a still a path from two vertices?
Two vertices v1 and v2 of a circuit on G
An edge is removed from the circuit does there exist a path from v1 and v2?
This depends a little on how you define a circuit, and whether G is a graph, multigraph, or pseudograph.
In the most common case where G is a simple graph, then yes, there would still be a path from v1 to v2. Visually, removing an edge demolishes one side of the circuit between v1 and v2, but we can still follow the path in the other direction around the circuit.
However, if you define a circuit differently from the way I do, and allow an edge to be used twice--think of two triangles with one edge joining them together--then if we were to delete that middle edge (a bridge), then there is no longer a path between two vertices from different triangles.
A pseudograph may also get in the way of things, since we could technically have a circuit that includes only one vertex and a loop on that vertex, and we would no longer have a path were we to delete that loop.
